Covid-19 and fahisha in Saudi Arabia(other Muslim lands)

Concerts by openly drug taking pop stars, wrestling, music festivals in the desert and much more. You name it; Muhammad bin Salman (MBS) was ready to bring it to Saudi Arabia - in the name of 'progress'. He’s been importing the most debauched forms of 'entertainment' from the West and seeks to crush any opposing Islamic voices.

He seemed unstoppable. That was until coronavirus came along and the western pop stars were no longer able to travel to the desert for their million dollar pay cheque. MBS's bandwagon to corrupt society’s morals has been stopped temporarily. The many similar events in Dubai, and across the Muslim world promoting immorality - have been paused. Allahu Akbar.

After the pandemic, will MBS and these rulers go back to importing immorality and wasting the ummah’s wealth on such events? Their track record to date is that they ignore Allah’s signs and will ignore this one as well – seeking a return to ‘normality’. These regimes refuse to rule by what Allah has revealed in the Qur’an. Right and wrong is down to their whims and desires and emulating their masters in the West. As an ummah, we should not be silent about that.

ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return (to righteousness).[Sura Ar-Rum 30:41]

May Allah destroy all their thrones and enable this ummah to re-establish the Islamic Khilafah system where a caring and sincere Khalifah preserves the morals and values in society as Islam ordered - because he rules only by what was sent down in the Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet (alayhi salam).
